THQ Category-C Hospital Samar Bagh, District Lower Dir, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of emergency medicines, medical disposables, equipment, and allied items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit separate bids for each item/service and ensure all documentation, including Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), is uploaded via e-PADS and submitted in original to the hospital. For Serial Nos. 1 to 3, a valid Category-A Drug Sale License is mandatory. All applicable government taxes and duties will be deducted at source. The deadline for bid submission is **15 September 2026**. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS, with a hard copy of the CDR sent by Registered Post/GPO by 11:00 AM on the same day.
