Bidders must have valid PEC registration in C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes (CE-01 & CE-10), and must submit bid security as specified for each lot. All firms must be registered with PPRA and submit their bids electronically via the e-procurement portal. The deadline for bid submission is November 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with technical bids to be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
