Emergent Nature of Road Works Removal of Snow Land Sliding and Slips Kohistan Lower

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for emergent nature of work during the financial year 2026-27 in Kohistan Lower. The procurement covers removal of snow, land sliding, and slips on C&W roads and others as identified by the Engineer in-charge under AOM&R funds. This is a fixed lump sum cost contract with an estimated cost of **PKR 6.00 Million**. The technical scope includes clearing roads under the jurisdiction of C&W Department Kohistan Lower. The contractor must provide machinery such as excavators (3 Nos), 4-wheel tractors (3 Nos), and front shovels (1 No) in working condition. The contractor is responsible not only for removal of debris and obstructions but also for formation of roadway and leveling dressing to keep roads open for vehicular traffic. Mobilization at the site of blockage must be within 24 hours of reporting via phone or writing. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 and comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. PEC category C-6 and above is required. Bidders should submit earnest money in the form of CDR with complete details electronically along with their e-bids on EPADS.
