Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified bidders to submit quotations for Engineering Consultancy services related to the Bonded Storage Development Scheme. The consultancy involves comprehensive engineering assessment and development planning of PSO's existing petroleum storage terminals and pipeline infrastructure located at ZOT Complex connected with FOTCO Jetty at Port Qasim. The infrastructure includes storage terminals at ZOT, PMY, BOT, and HUB interconnected by pipelines and pumping facilities. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Bonded Storage Development Scheme (1 Job at PSO House, Karachi) The scope covers evaluation of existing facilities, operational philosophy validation, hydraulic assessment, pipeline and tank suitability, process and mechanical modifications, electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems, fire and safety requirements, CAPEX/OPEX estimation, and implementation planning. The consultant must be PEC licensed with relevant experience and shall perform the consultancy in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and best engineering practices as detailed in the Terms of Reference (Annexure A).
