Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 1664 KWp Solar Power System with 2.00 MWH BESS under B.O.T Model

The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors, firms, companies, suppliers, and vendors for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of a 1664 KWp Solar Power System along with a 2.00 MWH Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) under a Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) model. This tender is issued under the SPRA-2010 Rules (amended) and requires valid registration with the Income Tax Department, SRB/FBR, and PEC in specified categories. Items being procured: - Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 1664 KWp Solar Power System - 2.00 MWH Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) The project involves the complete setup of a solar power system including all necessary engineering and procurement activities, installation, and commissioning at the university site in Sukkur. The scope includes supply of solar panels, inverters, BESS units, and related electrical and mechanical works to ensure a fully operational renewable energy system. Eligible bidders must hold PEC registration in categories BC-01/02/04, CE-01/08/09/10/11(i)(iv)(vii), ME-01,02,04,05,06,07(v), EE-01/02/03/04/06/07/08/10/11(iii),11(iv),11(viii). Valid FBR/ATL registration and experience in similar projects is mandatory. Bidders should submit bids in two separate sealed envelopes marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as per SPPRA Rule No.46 (2) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The tender was published on 28th July 2026. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10th August 2026 at 14:30 hours. The last date for submission of bids is 25th August 2026 by 13:00 hours, with opening at 14:00 hours on the same day at Aror University, Sukkur. A bid security of 3% fixed amounting to PKR 10,500,000 is required.
