Enhancement of Agriculture Productivity Through Water Management Schemes in Duki PSDP 2026-27

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management District Duki invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of work under the PSDP scheme for the fiscal years 2026-27 based on the Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. Items being procured: - Enhancement of Agriculture Productivity Through Water Management Schemes in Duki PSDP No. 101(Z2026.4108) 2026-27 The scope includes construction and enhancement of water management schemes aimed at improving agricultural productivity in Duki. The project involves civil engineering works related to dams, water retaining structures, water supply, and solar installation for irrigation purposes. The contractor must be an authorized dealer/distributor of reputed Chinese brand solar panels and submersible pumps. The bidder must provide confirmation of 10 years performance warranty for solar panels with 90% efficiency and 25 years performance warranty with 80% efficiency, along with a one-year warranty for all items supplied under the contract. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-4 or above in relevant categories CE04(i), CE09(ii), CE10(i), and EE11(vi) is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 138,632,727 in the last three years. Income Tax Registration and submission of Income Tax Returns for fiscal years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 are required.
