Enhancement and Beautification of Community Infrastructure at UCs Ghoriwala Shamshi Khel and Jandi Khel

The Local Government and Rural Development Department, H.Q District Bannu, invites sealed tenders for the enhancement and beautification of community infrastructure at Union Councils Ghoriwala, Shamshi Khel, and Jandi Khel in Bannu district. The project requires contractors registered with PEC in category C4 and above, enlisted with the Civil & Works Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Firms must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in similar works. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically responsive bidders. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 800,000, in the form of a call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD H.Q Bannu.
