Firms must be registered with relevant authorities including DGDP, MoH, DRAP, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security must be attached as per instructions. The tender documents can be obtained by submitting valid registration and certification documents. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender enquiry number by 0930 hrs on the closing date.
