Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) through its Material Management department invites sealed bids for the procurement of Enterprise Hardware Servers for the LESCO Data Centre located in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is referenced under Tender No. 4455 and Contract No. P110440.
Items being procured:
- Enterprise Data Servers (Quantity: 6 units)
The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of high-end enterprise servers with detailed technical specifications including 2U chassis, Intel Xeon Gold processors, 512GB DDR5 memory, SSD storage, PCIe slots, and advanced RAID controllers. The bidder is responsible for providing all necessary accessories, patch cords, cables, and onsite support including training of IT staff. Onsite support during business hours (9x5 NBD) and 24/7 remote support is required. Warranty includes replacement of parts or units within the specified timelines with backup equipment provided if delays occur.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, active taxpayers, authorized by the manufacturer, and not blacklisted.
