Tender Description
University of The Punjab Lahore invites bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, contractors, and suppliers registered with GST, PST, and NTN. The procurement covers multiple lots for various departments and the main office. Items being procured:
- Lot-1: Hiring Entertainment Items and Catering Services on Annual Framework Contract Basis for Main Office and Various Departments
- Lot-2: Repair, Maintenance and Overhauling of Air Conditioners and Electric Water Coolers on Annual Framework Contract Basis
- Lot-3: Procurement and Installation of Padel Court at Hailey College of Banking & Finance
- Lot-4: Procurement of Cloth Items for Main Office
- Lot-5: Procurement of Paper Items (Brown Craft Paper) for Main Office
The scope includes hiring entertainment and catering services, comprehensive repair and maintenance of AC units and water coolers, installation of sports infrastructure (Padel Court), and supply of cloth and paper materials. The work involves multiple departments including Hailey College of Banking & Finance and the Main Office, all located in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have experience in the respective fields. Bid security is required as per lot values, submitted online through Bank of The Punjab following Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. No physical financial instruments will be accepted.
