Establishment of 04 E-Libraries at Taluka Courts of District Kamber-Shahdadkot

The District and Sessions Court Kamber-Shahdadkot invites bids for the establishment of 04 E-Libraries at the Taluka Courts of District Kamber-Shahdadkot, Sindh. This procurement is specifically for the supply, installation, and commissioning of E-Libraries at Judicial Complexes in Nasirabad, Shahdadkot, Mirokhan, and Warrah. The technical scope includes provision of desktop computers with Intel Core i5 processors, 12 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, wired keyboards and mice, 24-inch LED monitors, 43-inch smart 4K LED TVs, LaserJet printers, webcams, headphones, internet connection with yearly subscription, medium-size laminated tables, mid-back revolving chairs, law site subscriptions, electric boards, and necessary wiring and installation services. The delivery and installation must be completed within 25 days of the purchase order issuance with a minimum one-year warranty on all hardware and installed systems. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, possess valid NTN and ATL status, and have at least three years of relevant experience with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million. Firms must submit bid security and tender fee as specified, and bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 12th May 2026. The technical bid will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
