TEVTA Secretariat Lahore invites electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for the establishment of a Baking Lab for expansion of Hospitality (Meraki) Lab in the existing building of GTTI Gulberg, Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage single Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Establishment Of Baking Lab For Expansion Of Hospitality (Meraki) Lab In Existing Building Of GTTI Gulberg, Lahore The work involves setting up a fully functional baking laboratory within the existing infrastructure of the GTTI Gulberg campus. The scope includes civil works, installation of necessary equipment, and ensuring compliance with technical standards for vocational training facilities. Contractors must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, PEC, income tax, and PRA for the current financial year, and hold specialization/professional codes in the Civil Category (C6 & above). Firms must also provide an undertaking on stamp paper worth Pak.100/- confirming they are not blacklisted by TEVTA. The tender documents including BOQ/DNIT must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The selection will be based on the Accumulative Least Cost Method. A 2.0% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the system. Manual bids will not be accepted. The performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount will be obtained from the lowest bidder.
