Tender Description
The Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST) Haripur invites sealed bids from interested firms registered with FBR having active taxpayer status for the establishment of Biomechanics Labs at the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan and be registered with FBR; possess Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status or Supplier with sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to undertake the task and complete it within the prescribed time limit on the finalization of contract with PAF-IAST.

The tender submission shall be made through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents along with required documents and submitted on or before Monday 14 September 2026 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk.
Bidders interested in participating in the tender process are advised to submit their Bid Proposal(s) along with Earnest Money amounting to 2% of their Bid Value in the shape of CDR, in accordance with the instructions in the tender document. Original Bid Security instrument MUST be submitted to the undersigned before closing hours of the bids submission time; otherwise, the respective bid will not be considered. Tender shall be executed in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6 (2)(b) 'Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure'. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day (in case of sudden holiday on bid opening day, bids will be opened on next working day) at 11:30 through EPADS in the presence of Procurement Committee and bidders who opt to participate at the following venue.
