Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of five fully equipped E-Libraries at the District Bar Association and Taluka Courts in Kamber-Shahdadkot, Sindh. The District and Sessions Court, Kamber-Shahdadkot requires supply, installation, and commissioning of IT hardware including desktops, LED monitors, printers, webcams, headphones, internet connectivity, furniture, and related accessories to modernize legal research facilities.
The scope covers delivery and setup of 10 desktop computers with Intel Core i5 processors, 12GB RAM, SSD storage, and Windows 11 OS, along with peripherals such as wired keyboards, optical mice, 24-inch monitors, 43-inch 4K LED TVs, laserjet printers, webcams, and headphones. The project also includes furniture like medium-sized tables with keyboard trays, mid-back revolving chairs, electric boards, and necessary wiring. Installation and commissioning must be completed within 30 days of purchase order issuance, with a minimum one-year warranty on all hardware and systems.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience in similar projects, active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and registered with Sindh Revenue Board. Compliance with PEC categories and submission of Earnest Money as 5% of bid value is mandatory. The tender follows the Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended).
The submission deadline is set for 10:00 AM on 14th April 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the Office of the Senior Civil Judge/Assistant Sessions Judge, Kamber. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. The address for correspondence and delivery is the District & Sessions Court, Kamber-Shahdadkot.
