Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of a fully equipped E-Library at the ADJ Court Building in Mehar, Dadu, under the District & Sessions Court, Dadu. The procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware such as Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops, HP LaserJet all-in-one printers, TP-Link routers, smart 4K UHD TVs, ergonomic furniture, and yearly internet and law site subscriptions. The project aims to enhance judicial resources and digital access for court staff and bar association members in Mehar.
The scope covers delivery and setup within 30 days of contract award, including cabling and software configuration. The site location in Mehar presents logistical considerations for timely delivery and installation, requiring experienced suppliers familiar with judicial infrastructure. The technical bid will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of qualified bidders, ensuring compliance with specifications and procurement rules.
Bidders must be registered with FBR, on the Active Taxpayer List, and hold valid NTN and GST registration. The tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under a Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Earnest Money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order. The contract includes a one-year warranty on all equipment and installation services.
