Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a complete E-Library setup at Daur Court, District Shaheed Benazir Abad, under the District and Sessions Court's procurement projects. The scope includes high-performance desktop systems, printers, networking devices, ergonomic furniture, a smart 4K UHD display, and subscriptions to legal databases and internet services, all tailored to enhance judicial research and operations in Shaheed Benazir Abad.
The project requires delivery and installation within 30 days at the District Court Complex. The hardware includes Intel Core i5 14th generation PCs with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, HP LaserJet all-in-one printers, TP-Link dual-band routers, and custom-designed wooden tables with acrylic sheets and ergonomic chairs. The setup also covers software installation and two years of internet and law site subscriptions, ensuring a fully functional digital library environment.
Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
