Establishment of One E-Library at District Bar Association Kamber

The District and Sessions Court Kamber-Shahdadkot is procuring the establishment of one E-Library at the District Bar Association building located in Kamber, Sindh. This procurement is part of the Access to Justice Development Fund projects and invites bids from registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers with valid NTN and SRB registrations, and who are on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of computer hardware and related equipment. The E-Library will consist of 2 desktop computers with Intel Core i5 13th Gen processors, 12 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, and Windows 11 OS. Additional items include wired USB keyboards and mice, 24-inch LED monitors, a 43-inch Smart 4K LED TV, laserjet printer, internet connection with router, medium-sized tables with keyboard trays, mid-back revolving chairs, yearly subscription to law sites, and necessary wiring and installation services. All hardware carries a minimum one-year warranty. Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience, valid FBR and SRB registrations, NTN, and must not be blacklisted. They should also have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three financial years. Technical bids will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. Earnest Money of PKR 33,500 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,500 are required. The bid submission deadline is 12th May 2026 at 11:00 AM via the SPPRA e-PADS portal, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of the Senior Civil Judge, District Court Complex Kamber.
