Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of a fully equipped E-Library at the District Court, Shikarpur, under the supervision of the District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur. The project includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware such as Intel Core i5 desktops, HP LaserJet printers, TP-Link routers, smart 4K UHD TVs, UPS systems, and ergonomic furniture. The setup also covers yearly internet service and law site subscriptions, ensuring a modern digital resource center for legal professionals in Shikarpur.
The E-Library will be installed at the Judicial Complex on Sukkur Road, Shikarpur. The technical specifications demand high-quality equipment including 13th Gen Intel Core i5 systems with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, complemented by 24-inch LED monitors and smart TVs for display. The furniture includes compact laminated tables with mid-back revolving chairs, designed for comfort and durability. Networking components like managed gigabit switches and Cat-6 wiring ensure robust connectivity. The project requires adherence to strict delivery timelines and quality standards.
Bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act, on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, and have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. PEC registration is advised for compliance, and bidders should ensure their FBR ATL status is current for the fiscal year 2025-26. Earnest Money of PKR 25,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order is mandatory. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022), under the Single Stage β Two Envelope Procedure.
The submission deadline is set for 12th February 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the Court Room of the 3rd Additional Sessions Court, Shikarpur. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes either by post or delivered in person to the District and Sessions Court office.
