The scope involves comprehensive turnkey delivery including installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment and infrastructure. The labs will be furnished with modern technology such as 75-inch interactive smart displays with Android and Windows compatibility, Intel i5 OPS units, high-performance desktop computers with Windows 11, advanced networking equipment supporting latest protocols, and energy-efficient inverter air conditioners. Additionally, bidders must have established at least 20 IT labs in the public sector during the past three years. Manufacturer's authorization letters and warranty certificates are mandatory. The technical bid requires detailed documentation including company profile, financial statements, and proof of past experience.
The tender follows a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method with a bid validity of 120 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **July 1, 2026, 11:00 AM**.
