Establishment of Emergency Rescue Services (Rescue 1122) in District D.I. Khan

Khan The scope includes all civil works necessary for the relocation and establishment of the rescue station, including site preparation and construction as per the work order. The contract period will be as per the work order issued by the department. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013, and must submit a 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 420100 and a separate stamp duty of Rs. 40000. Bidders quoting bids more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must provide additional security as detailed in the tender conditions. The financial bid will be opened only after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system and physically to the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division D.I. Khan before the deadline. The last date and time for submission of financial bids is 20-10-2026 at 12:00 pm, with bid opening at 12:30 pm on the same day.
