Establishment of IT Excellence Centers with MIS Software and Network Equipment

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board is inviting sealed bids from reputable IT firms and companies for the establishment of IT Excellence Centers at Bagh, Bhimber, and Neelum districts. This project involves a complete turnkey solution including the development of MIS software, procurement of IT and non-IT equipment, network equipment, and the installation and operationalization of these centers at the prescribed locations. Items being procured: - Development of MIS software - Procurement of IT equipment - Procurement of Non-IT equipment - Network equipment - Installation and operationalization services The technical scope covers software development, supply and installation of hardware and network infrastructure, and ensuring full operational readiness of the centers. The project is based in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and requires firms to have relevant experience and capability to deliver a comprehensive IT solution. Eligibility criteria include submission of audit reports for the last three years, affidavit of non-blacklist status, NTN certificate, tax returns for the last three years, authorized partnership or dealership proof, and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000. Firms must also submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 4,000,000. Only complete tenders with full technical details will be considered. The deadline for bid submission is 22-07-2026 by 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Director General, Information Technology Board, Block-C New District Head Quarter Complex, Muzaffarabad. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under AJ&K PPRA rules.
