Establishment of IT Excellence Centers at Bagh Bhimber and Neelum

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board is inviting sealed bids from well reputed IT firms and companies for the establishment of IT Excellence Centers at three districts of AJK: Bagh, Bhimber, and Neelum. This project involves a complete turnkey solution including the development of MIS software, procurement of IT and Non-IT equipment, network equipment, and the installation and operationalization of these centers at the prescribed locations. Items being procured: - Development of MIS software - Procurement of IT equipment - Procurement of Non-IT equipment - Network equipment - Installation and operationalization services The technical scope covers software development, supply and installation of hardware and network infrastructure, and ensuring full operational readiness of the centers. The project is based in Muzaffarabad, the capital city of AJK, where the tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director General, Information Technology Board, Block-C New District Head Quarter Complex. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid documents such as audit reports for the last three years, affidavit of non-blacklisting, NTN certificate, tax returns for the last three years, and proof of authorized partnership or dealership. Firms must submit a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000 to obtain bidding documents. An earnest money deposit of PKR 4,000,000 is required with the bid. The tender follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted before or on the deadline of 22-07-2026 by 12:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only complete tenders with full technical details will be considered.
