The Executive Engineer Building Killa Saifullah invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of the works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates Tender Fee 1000 PKR and Bid Security 3%. Items being procured: - Establishment of IT Hub/E-Commerce Centre District Killa Saifullah (BSDI-II) with a bid security of Rs. 44,775,000. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility of Bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List and not being blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million) in relevant category and specialized code is Bc04. The bidder must provide Power of Attorney or Authority Letter on Rs. 100/- Judicial Stamp for this NIT. Mentioning of work and TSE Number and attached photo copy of owners CNIC. Both documents must be attested by Notary Public. The tender must upload a Pay Order or CDR Challan deposited in favour of BPPRA Pakistan Engineer & Contractor Registration Board. Bid security must be uploaded (both sides of PEC License). The bidder must upload and provide Call at Deposit / Bank Guarantee in favour of undersigned @ 3% of Project Cost. The bidder must have completed 03 similar nature works (General Buildings & Maintenance) equal to 95% or more of project cost in last 03 years. Bidder is not blacklisted. Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings by the Pakistan Engineering Council/PPRA/any government, semi government, and autonomous body.
