Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors for the concession at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP), Peshawar. This tender is for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of CIP Lounges at both the International and Domestic Lounges of the airport.
Items being procured:
- Establishment, Maintenance and Operation of CIP Lounges at the International Lounges
- Establishment, Maintenance and Operation of CIP Lounges at the Domestic Lounges
The license period for this concession is five (05) years with a reserve price of Rs. 1,128,000 per month. Interested bidders must submit a Technical and Financial offer on a single stage/two-envelope basis. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). The tender documents can be purchased until 10th November 2026.
The submission and opening of bids will take place on 11th November 2026 at 1100 hrs and 1130 hrs respectively at the C.O.O./APM Office, BKIAP, Peshawar.
