The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through EPADS from eligible firms/bidders enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids via EPADS before the deadline. The bid security required is Rs. 1,32,53,000/- and the tender fee is Rs. 199,000/-. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper affirming the authenticity of the CDR enclosed in the financial bid. The bid security of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lowest bidders will be retained until approval of the bid.
