Establishment of OT at 20 Bedded Hospital Mehdibad and Establishment of 02 FAPs at Broqkhar and Koltor Halqa-III Kharmang

The Gilgit-Baltistan C&W Department B&R Division Kharmang invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JVs under GBPPRA rule 39(a) Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The procurement is for important civil works in Kharmang, Gilgit-Baltistan, including establishment and construction projects. Items being procured: - Establishment of OT at 20 Bedded Hospital Mehdibad (Estimated Cost Rs. 12.064 Million) - Establishment of 02 FAPs at Broqkhar and Koltor Halqa-III Kharmang: 1. Establishment FAP at Koltor (Rs. 4.693 Million) 2. Establishment FAP at Broqkhar (Rs. 4.693 Million) - Construction of Shingle road Ghasing to Ghasing Broq (Ph-II) (Rs. 7.200 Million) The scope includes civil works for hospital OT establishment, construction of first aid posts (FAPs), and road construction with shingle surfacing. The projects require contractors with valid PEC registration for the financial year 2026-27, relevant PEC category/code, CNIC of the bidder, enlistment with the procuring agency, affidavit of no blacklisting, and renewal receipt for the current financial year. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Tender forms are available against payment through treasury challan at NBP Mehdibad branch. Conditional and late tenders will not be accepted. Joint ventures must provide power of attorney and partnership deed. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount from an AA rated bank/insurance company is mandatory. Bids will be opened on 12-11-2026 at specified times in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division at Kazburthang Mehdibad Kharmang.
