State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites EPADS V2.0 bids from original authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors with at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil, mechanical, and renovation works of corporate type buildings. The procurement is for the establishment of the Regional Underwriting Department (RUD) East and West Wing and renovation, upgradation, and modernization of PHS Facilitation Centers located at the first floor of SLB # 01 on The Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Establishment of Regional Underwriting Department (RUD) East Wing - Establishment of Regional Underwriting Department (RUD) West Wing - Renovation works of PHS Facilitation Centers - Upgradation works of PHS Facilitation Centers - Modernization works of PHS Facilitation Centers The scope includes civil, mechanical, and renovation works to upgrade the corporate building facilities. Bidders must have a proper office, telephone number, NTN, and be duly registered with EPADS V2.0, PEC C-5 and above, FBR on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and GST, PRA list. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS V2.0 and the State Life website. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 by 10-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is required. The original bid security must be submitted physically before the closing date and time. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission through EPADS V2.0 as bids submitted by any other means will not be considered.
