Bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) and provide a scanned copy of Bid Security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura. The original CDR must be submitted to the office of Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura, along with other required documents as per the bidding documents.
