Establishment of Science Centre at Divisional Head Quarters Karachi

The School Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh is procuring construction works for the establishment of a Science Centre at the Divisional Head Quarters in Karachi. This project is part of the Annual Development Plan (ADP) for the fiscal year 2025-26 and is managed by the Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the Sindh Education Reform Program-II (SERP). The scope includes comprehensive civil, plumbing, and electrification works to develop a modern Science Centre facility. Experience requirements include completion of similar works within the last five years with satisfactory completion certificates. Financial soundness is also evaluated with minimum annual turnover criteria. Bidders must submit a technical proposal demonstrating their capability to complete the works within the stipulated 24 months.
