Establishment of Technology Incubation Center in Merged Districts - Hardware, Solar PV, Makers Lab Tools, Furniture

The Directorate General of Science & Technology (DGOST), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Technology Incubation Center in the Merged Districts. This procurement is aimed at equipping the center with essential hardware and technology to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. Items being procured: - PACKAGE – I: Hardware / IT Equipment - PACKAGE – II: 12 KVA Hybrid Solar PV System - PACKAGE – III: Makers Lab Tools - PACKAGE – IV: Furniture & Fixtures The scope includes supply and installation of IT hardware, a hybrid solar power system to ensure sustainable energy, specialized tools for makers labs to support prototyping and development, and furniture to furnish the incubation center. The project is located in Peshawar, with the Directorate General of Science & Technology overseeing the procurement and implementation. Eligible bidders must be registered firms in Pakistan with valid Income/Sales Tax Registration Certificates and NTN. They must be active on the FBR Taxpayer List. Bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft in the name of the Project Director, Directorate General of Science & Technology. The CDR must be uploaded on the E-PAD portal and the hard copy submitted to the procuring entity before the closing date. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 02:30 PM on 16-11-2026 at the office of the Project Director, Directorate General of Science & Technology, 1st Floor Midway Building, Shami Road, Peshawar. Bids must be uploaded on the E-PAD portal by 26-11-2026 at 02:00 PM, with opening at 02:30 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure all items are branded, genuine, and not refurbished or altered. Affidavits confirming non-blacklisting and no involvement in litigation with provincial or federal governments are mandatory.
