Procurement of Hardware, IT Equipment, Hybrid Solar PV System, Makers Lab Tools, and Furniture for Technology Incubation Center

The Directorate General of Science & Technology (DGoST), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Technology Incubation Center in the Merged Districts. This procurement covers multiple packages essential for the center's setup in Peshawar. Items being procured: - PACKAGE I: Hardware and IT Equipment - PACKAGE II: 12 kVA Hybrid Solar PV System - PACKAGE III: Makers Lab Tools - PACKAGE IV: Furniture and Fixtures The procurement follows the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit bids complete with specifications as per the Bid Solicitation Document. The scope includes supply and installation of branded, genuine, and non-refurbished items suitable for a technology incubation environment. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered firms in Pakistan with valid Income/Sales Tax registration, NTN, and active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Affidavits confirming authenticity of items and non-blacklisting status must accompany bids. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16-11-2026 at 02:30 PM at the office of the Project Director, Directorate General of Science & Technology, 1st Floor Midway Building, Shami Road, Peshawar Cantt. Bids must be uploaded on the E-PAD portal by 26-11-2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid security of 2% of the total cost per lot in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft payable to the Project Director. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted before the closing date. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPPRA Rules 2014.
