The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have completed 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity, possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate, be on the Active Tax Payer List, hold a Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) Tax Certificate, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Quality management and occupational health and safety management systems are also required. The EOI documents can be obtained from the Directorate office or downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Issuance of documents is open until 20 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. The last date for submission is 20 July 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day.
