The Directorate of Tourism Quetta is inviting bids for a comprehensive procurement of event and cultural items and services to support various cultural and promotional activities in Quetta, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Tentage (1) - Chairs (1) - Light Refreshment (1) - Sofa Sets (1) - Table Set (1) - Carpet Red (1) - Red Runner (1) - Singer (1) - Compares/hosts (1) - Illumination Fireworks (1) - Invitation Cards with envelope (1) - Photography / filming and recording (1) - Cultural shows / Musical events (1) - Music and sound system (1) - Event competitions (1) - Lighting (1) - Pana Flex / Banners (1) - Hall (1) - SMD LEDs (1) - Banquet (1) - LED Screens (1) - Social Media Coverage (1) - Electronic Media Coverage (TV, Radio, Social media, podcasts) (1) - Meal (Lunch/dinner) (1) - Exhibition Stalls (1) The scope includes supply and setup of event infrastructure, audio-visual equipment, cultural and musical event management, media coverage, and catering services. The venue is the Noori Naseer Khan Cultural Complex, Spinny Road, Quetta. Bidders must ensure quality management and occupational health and safety compliance throughout the contract period. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have five assignments of similar nature and complexity, be registered on the Active Taxpayer List, possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate, and not be blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency. The estimated cost is **PKR 50 Million**. The issuance of bidding documents is open until 21 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. The last date for submission of bids is 21 July 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the Directorate of Tourism office.
