Event Management Services for Asia Pacific Shelter & Settlements Conference Karachi 2026

The Sindh People's Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) invites bids for comprehensive event management services for the Asia Pacific Shelter & Settlements Forum to be held in Karachi from February 11–13, 2026. The scope includes theme development, conference setup for 600 participants, main hall and four breakout halls arrangements, branding, digital marketing, and a registration portal. The event will also feature photography, videography, hosting, and media coverage. Bidders must have at least 10 years of experience in managing high-level national or international events and demonstrate financial capability with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 150 million. Submission is via the Sindh PPRA e- Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 am on December 30, 2025. Physical bids will not be accepted. The contract includes milestone-based payments and requires delivery of all event-related creative and operational services.
