Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids from eligible licensed constructors for civil works at the ANS, Regulatory and CNS School, CATIC Hyderabad. The assignment combines construction of an examination hall with renovation of the existing building facade. The work is issued through the CATIC Division at Hyderabad Airport and is intended for qualified construction firms meeting the stated registration and tax requirements.
Item 1 — Quantity: one complete work package. Scope: construction of an examination hall and renovation of the building facade at ANS, Regulatory and CNS School, CATIC Hyderabad. The e-bidding document contains detailed terms, technical specifications, requirements and conditions on pages 197 to 303. Contractors should review the complete document before pricing, including site-related requirements and any execution standards applicable to airport facilities. The required earnest money or bid security is **PKR 4,000,000**.
Eligibility is limited to licensed constructors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above and holding a valid, active NTN. Bidders must be registered on PPRA E-PADS v2.0. The original bid-security instrument must be submitted on the bid-opening date and time, while a scanned copy must accompany the electronic bid. Security must be in favour of PAA Development. Pay orders, bank drafts or other financial instruments must be genuine and valid; false or dishonoured instruments may lead to blacklisting and legal action.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The submission deadline is **27 August 2026 at 11:00 Hrs**.
