Tender Description
Garrison Engineer (Army) Karachi, located at 29 Liaquat Barracks Karachi, invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rules 13(1) & 28 of 2004 for various works. The scope includes execution and completion of certain minor maintenance and deposit works for B&R portion, execution and completion of minor maintenance works for E&M and W&S portions, appointment of an auctioneer to conduct options for GE (Army) Karachi, and technical consultations for internal and external water and electrical supply.
Items being procured:
- Execution/Completion of Certain Minor Maintenance/Deposit Works (B&R Portion)
- Execution/Completion of Certain Minor Maintenance Works (E&M & W&S Portion)
- Appointment of Auctioneer to conduct option for GE (Army) Karachi
- Technical Consultation for Deposit Works (B&R Portion)
- Technical Consultation for Internal/External Water Supply
- Technical Consultation for Internal/External Electrical Supply
Contractors are required to submit applications along with credentials to GE (Army) Karachi for issuance of tender documents. Only firms with sufficient experience and no litigation issues with government departments will be eligible. Contractors must provide PEC registration certificates and submit copies. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide detailed experience of works executed in the last two years.
Tender submission deadline is 14 September 2026 by 11:30 hours, with opening at 12:00 hours the same day. Details of works can be obtained from the office between 0900 to 1400 hours on working days. Earnest money and other bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender conditions and ensure timely submission. Presence at tender opening is allowed. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
