Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27 under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for execution of smaller special repair works in the IESCO region. Items being procured: - Lot No. 83: Revamping of Consolidation, Pre Audit, Admin, Banking Section, Offices and Lobby in Finance Office at IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Islamabad - Lot No. 84: Revamping of Office Manager Finance, Finance Director, Addl. Director Finance, Pension Branch and Corridors at IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Islamabad - Lot No. 85: Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No B-1 at 501 Work Shop Chaklala - Lot No. 86: Construction of Boundary Wall and Concrete Flooring in IESCO Field Store Hattian - Lot No. 87: Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No B-1 at 132 KV Grid Station Kamalabad Rawalpindi The works include civil repair, maintenance, and construction activities at various IESCO facilities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-6 with specialization code CE-10 and have relevant experience. Financial audit reports, bank balance proof, and performance certificates are required. Bid security in the form of pay order/CDR must accompany the bid. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS 2.0 and IESCO website. The bid submission deadline is **06.10.2026 at 11:00 AM** with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically on E-PADS portal. Earnest money deposit of 4% of estimated cost is required.
