Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Expendable Items of Tk - Clamping Piece with 10 x Items The delivery period is 2 months after signing of contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates, audit reports of last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or debarred, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is **03 November 2026 at 10:30 hrs** with opening on the same day at 11:00 hrs.
