Tender Description
The Chief Conservator Wildlife Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites national bidders qualified with registration under relevant laws to participate in the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the sale of Exportable Hunting Permits of Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica). This bidding process shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules. The auction includes three lots:
- Himalayan Ibex, Chitral Wildlife Division (No. of Trips: 02, CDR: 25% of the Offered Bid Rate, Bid Receiving Time: 17/11/2026 11:30 PM, Financial Bid Opening: 17/11/2026 12:00 PM)
- Himalayan Ibex, Chitral Gol National Park (No. of Trips: 01, CDR: 5% of the Offered Bid Rate, Bid Receiving Time: 17/11/2026 11:30 PM, Financial Bid Opening: 17/11/2026 12:00 PM)
- Wildlife Division (No. of Trips: 01, CDR: 5% of the Offered Bid Rate, Bid Receiving Time: 17/11/2026 11:30 PM, Financial Bid Opening: 17/11/2026 12:00 PM)
Bidders must obtain detailed description and other terms and conditions from the office during office hours. The bidders are required to submit bid security in original in the form of CDR to the Chief Conservator Wildlife Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A bidder shall submit a sealed bid complete in all respects, accompanied by requisite supporting documents and bid security/guarantee in the prescribed manner. The bids shall be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per provisions contained in Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2026.
