Rehabilitation and Renovation of Finance Offices at PAA Block-3, IIAP Islamabad

The Islamabad International Airport (Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA)) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the rehabilitation and renovation of finance offices at PAA Block-3, IIAP Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing mineral fiber tiles 2' x 2' x 12 mm ceiling including T & L angle hanger clips jointing clips and G.I Wire - Providing and fixing UPvc wall paneling fluted 8" wide interior side fixed with Gola and clips including screws, nails, glue and cartage - Removing carefully the existing wooden wall cabinet and refixing it on required place in first floor including nails, screws and refixing charges - Providing and fixing kitchen/office wall cabinet making of shutter board box & 3/4 inch thick high gloss laminated lasani shutter, PVC beading PVC sheet backing of approved design fixed with rawal plugs screws including glue, nail, hinges, handles - Providing and fixing window roll up blinds sunscreen, dark out, or translucent fabric any colour/shade best quality (imported) with manual roll up arrangements complete with all accessories and hardware The scope includes wall paneling, installation of wooden cabinets for record storage, and window blind rolls installation at the finance offices. The work site is Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit, and comply with all eligibility criteria including no blacklisting. The contract duration is 60 days from the commencement date. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 23 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM.
