Expression of Interest for Establishment and Operation of LPG Facility Serving Langerpura, Thota Satellite Towns and Suburbs at Muzaffarabad

The Development Authority Muzaffarabad (DAM) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested private investors, firms, or companies for the establishment and operation of a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) facility. This facility will serve the residents of Langerpura, Thota Satellite Towns, and surrounding suburbs in Muzaffarabad, providing reliable LPG supply at competitive prices. Items being procured: - Establishment and operation of LPG facility The investor is expected to undertake the feasibility study at their own cost, identify and arrange suitable land, and be responsible for financing, design, installation, licensing, operation, and maintenance of the facility. All activities must comply with applicable OGRA regulations and relevant legal, environmental, and safety requirements. Subject to feasibility and competent approval, DAM may provide a fixed financial contribution, with details to be determined before competitive selection. Applicants must submit a brief company or investor profile, registration documents, evidence of financial capacity, relevant experience of the applicant or technical partners, and a preliminary project concept identifying the proposed facility type and location. Two hard copies of proposals along with supporting documents must be submitted by 1200 hours on 9th November 2026. This EOI is intended to assess investor interest and does not constitute a commitment to funding or award. Applicants shall bear their own submission costs. The Government reserves the right to discontinue the process or reject any or all EOIs in accordance with applicable laws.
