Supply of Monthly Diet Items (Ration) and Miscellaneous Goods for Sub Jail Tank for Financial Year 2026-27

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prisons Department invites sealed bids through the E-Procurement system for the supply of monthly diet items (ration) and other miscellaneous goods for Sub Jail Tank for the financial year 2026-27. Interested and eligible suppliers, contractors, and firms registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) are encouraged to participate in this competitive process. Items being procured: - Monthly diet items (ration) for prisoners (detailed item list available in tender documents) - Miscellaneous goods as per jail requirements The technical scope includes the provision of high-quality food items and other consumables required for the daily needs of inmates, in accordance with the approved specifications and standards set by the department. All items must be delivered to Sub Jail Tank as per the schedule outlined in the tender documents. Bidders must ensure that all supplied goods meet the hygiene and quality standards mandated by the department. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA and possess a valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2,000,000) in the form of CDR must be submitted along with the bid. Only bids submitted through the official E-Procurement portal (EPADS) will be considered. The deadline for bid submission is 04-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
