Expression of Interest for Development of Management Plan of Khunjerab National Park (2027-2037)

The Parks & Wildlife Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and experienced consulting firms, consortia, institutions and organizations for the development/revision of the Management Plan of Khunjerab National Park (KNP) for the period 2027–2037 under the PSDP-funded project 'Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program in Gilgit-Baltistan-Wildlife Component'. Items being procured: - Development of Management Plan for Khunjerab National Park covering 2027 to 2037 Interested applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in protected areas management planning, wildlife and biodiversity conservation, community based natural resource management, socio-economic assessment, stakeholder engagement, and high altitude ecosystems. The EOI must include the applicant's profile, legal registration, relevant assignments completed during the last ten years, details of similar projects, and CVs of proposed key experts. The submission deadline is Tuesday, 04 November 2026, at 12:00 PM. EOIs, clearly marked 'EOI – Development of Management Plan of Khunjerab National Park (2027–2037),' shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically, as applicable, to the Chief Conservator, Parks & Wildlife Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Forests & Wildlife Complex, Jutial, Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR), eligibility criteria and submission instructions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned. The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs in accordance with applicable rules and procedures. Bidders should ensure their submissions are complete and comply with all requirements to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of documents and careful attention to the ToR will improve chances of success.
