Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCE-ECE), Lahore invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from renowned and famous café/coffee outlets already operating preferably in Lahore. The purpose is to establish a high-quality, modern kiosk or small container as a coffee outlet/café at the Paddle Court site located at 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore. This outlet will serve healthy drinks and snacks to players and visitors, aiming to improve their experience and increase dwell time. The selected operator must be technically competent, financially sound, and have relevant experience managing coffee outlets in public or private organizations. EOI proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 31st August 2026 at 1100 hours.
