Procurement of Torch Coolant Hypertherm 30% PG Mixture with 3 Items

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of Torch Coolant Hypertherm 30% PG Mixture along with three related items. This procurement is for supply to the Tank Manufacture Factory at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender requires submission of bids in two envelopes: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Torch Coolant Hypertherm 30% PG Mixture (15 Liters) - Machine (IBS Robotic) Coolant (20 Liters) - Industrial Gear Oil (Mobil) for synthetic furnace (40 Liters) - Hydraulic Oil LHM-46 for 3500T and 5000T Hydraulic Press (1000 Liters) The technical scope includes supply of brand new, OEM-certified products conforming to specified technical standards and specifications. Delivery period is 2 months after contract signing. Bidders must submit valid registration, NTN, Sales Tax certificates, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM authorization, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Earnest Money of Rs 2000 must be submitted via postal order with the Technical Bid. The bid security must be in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as per instructions. Evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria with a minimum technical score of 60 out of 100.
