Expression of Interest for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Infrastructure Development Works at Defence Housing Authority Gujranwala

Defence Housing Authority Gujranwala invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed firms and contractors for pre-qualification to undertake various infrastructure development works in Gujranwala city. The works include construction of infrastructure development for Brig Yamin Khokhar Shaheed Road and Northern Boulevard Extension, construction of infrastructure development works for different sectors, supply, installation and testing/commissioning of street lights for different sectors, and miscellaneous works such as culverts, drains, villas, and commercial plazas. Items being procured: - Construction of Infrastructure Development Works of Brig Yamin Khokhar Shaheed Road & Northern Boulevard Extension - Construction of Infrastructure Development Works for Different Sectors - Supply, installation and Testing/Commissioning of Street Lights for Different Sectors - Misc Works (Culverts, Drains, Villas, Commercial Plazas etc.) The scope covers civil construction, electrical installation, and related infrastructure development at multiple sites within DHA Gujranwala. Eligible firms must have active PEC registration in relevant categories CB/CA for Projects 1 and 2, and C3/C2 or above for Projects 3 and 4. Firms should have adequate construction experience in similar projects, at least 5 completed projects in the last 5 years, active NTN/GST registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government department. Required documents include company profile, organizational chart, valid PEC registration certificate, NTN & GST registration certificates, CVs of key technical and site staff, list of owned/leased equipment, no litigation/blacklisting affidavit, evidence of similar completed or ongoing projects, and audited financial statements for the last 3 years. Sealed EOIs along with supporting documents must reach the office within fifteen (15) days of publication. Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the bidding process. DHA Gujranwala reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their submissions ensuring all eligibility criteria and documentation requirements are met to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
