Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the pre-qualification of law firms to provide legal consultancy services. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rule 16 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, along with any applicable regulations, guidelines, or instructions issued by the Authority. Previous enlistment or empanelment does not confer any right to automatic pre-qualification or continuation and will be superseded upon completion of this process. PRCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids within the purview of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
