Ext of NGT - Construction of Cafeteria and Mosque

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad invites electronic bids for the procurement of civil works under the project titled 'Ext of NGT - Construction of Cafeteria and Mosque'. Items being procured: - Design, manufacturing, supply, and installation of Pre-Engineered Steel Shed including structural steel rafters, columns, connection plates, base plates, roof purlins, pre-painted roof sheets, trims, gutters, downtake pipes, cross wire bracing, anchor bolts, and hardware - Supply and installation of mezzanine floor steel structure - Supply and installation of roof insulation and roof liner sheets - Supply and installation of steel structure stairs with glass railing - Fabrication and installation of MS/GI structural framework for façade shade - Civil and architectural works including dismantling, excavation, earth filling, concrete works, brick masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, fire alarm system, earthing, and landscaping - Supply and installation of modular kitchen equipment and furniture - Supply and installation of IT equipment including LED screens, switches, fiber optic cables, UPS, IP phones, CCTV cameras - Supply and installation of mosque-specific features including prayer carpet, mihrab feature wall, decorative cladding, chandeliers, ablution facilities, and plumbing fixtures - Road works including earthwork, sub-base, base course, asphalt wearing course, kerb stones, road marking, and signage The technical scope covers all materials, site works, and services necessary for the complete construction and finishing of the cafeteria and mosque complex, including MEP installations and external development. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration Category C-2 or above, minimum 8 years of civil construction experience, audited financial statements showing annual average turnover of Rs. 1000 million or above, and affidavits confirming no blacklisting or legal disputes. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on Friday, October 2, 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The contract duration is 60 days with a defect notification period of 365 days.
