Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids for the extension of the Cargo Office Block at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This is a civil works project aimed at expanding the existing cargo office facilities to enhance operational capacity and efficiency at AIIAP, Lahore. Items being procured: - Extension of Cargo Office Block at AIIAP, Lahore (single work item) The scope of work includes all necessary civil construction, finishing, and associated works required for the extension of the cargo office block. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and standards as outlined in the tender documents. The project site is located within the premises of Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, and all works must be executed in accordance with airport security and operational protocols. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above and must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A valid CNIC and relevant experience in similar airport or civil infrastructure projects are required. Bid Security of Rs. 600,000 (Pak Rupees Six Hundred Thousand only) in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (https://www.epads.gov.pk/) by 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
