Items being procured:
- Works contracts up to Rs. 2.5 Million with detailed Bill of Quantities

Contractors must ensure timely progress, quality workmanship, and site clearance upon completion. The contract includes clauses for liquidated damages, termination, extension of completion dates, and risk management.
Eligibility requires valid NTN registration, PEC registration where applicable, and submission of bid security. Bidders must submit separate tenders for multiple works and provide evidence of eligibility as requested. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
Key dates and submission details are to be obtained from the official NIT. Bidders should prepare responsive bids in accordance with the bidding documents and conditions of contract. Earnest Money and CDR must be submitted as prescribed.
